Do you view the trip to paris contest as a deception?

The Vir2o facebook page was filled with daily posts by the company about Paris France. They clearly marketed it as a trip to Paris France, but it was actually a trip to Paris Georgia, the winner having close ties to company insiders.

How can that be construed as anything but deception?
