It clearly states a 5 year contract with the first school took place after the state of SC DOE approved the technology be used in their school busses.

The statement that the school or parents have no burden to pay for this technology to be used is great because the state of SC pays that burden since they OWN the busses.

The money will come out of the state of SC DOE funds. A 5 year contract went through. Now we need to find out how much they are charging the state of SC for this first school.

This technology is a no brainer for parents and schools to approve of. A check in and out system for children using transportation outside family, a god send for parents. This should spread across US like a wildfire if the technology is true.
