Of which Visser is one.

Visser who invested millions in LQMT with the hopes of securing business and profiting from his investment. LQMT who has a long track record of taking millions of dollars of other people's investments and turning them into nothing but fleeting hope for tomorrow, or next quarter or next year or a decade later.........
