Alibi95, I own shares here, but I have a concern the company may get current and RS us big time. If they do RS us, maybe the remaining shares would climb in value enough to get some big money. My experience in the past with an RS has been terrible for me. Total loss in many cases.

I cannot help but believe the getting current with reports to SEC will end up in an RS. Getting on a higher exchange will require the company to have some actual profits in my opinion, or the price would fall like a rock after the RS.
