lab..were all tired and fed up..

My suggestion is to present the important issue first, otherwise we come across as just disgruntled losers picking at straws or worse, arguing about decisions the FDA made which are clearly within their right to decide. Present the issue then after you define the wrong doing, then you can add the background..JMHO
