So, you're inferring that PDI will be replacing SNC Lavalin for the project. We know PDI already has the aggregate contract and supposedly the capacity now to handle that end of the business for them, but are they capable at this point in time to handle everything else? FQ is all about saving money, we know that, but they're also trying to make deadlines.

I think that's the question to be answered, but your thoughts are possible.
