Of course I don't want a bad financing deal. This doesn't make me a "flipper" - what, you don't want the price to go up? That's not why you bought this stock? LOIs mean nothing if they can't get financing - that is why the price does not go up when they pr one. And if too much time goes by and they can't perform, there won't be a contract. Then we all lose - yes, I am worried about that!
