And my last post for today..(unless something big happens)..about the enormous amount of shares...
if the company isn't doing anything....those share dilutions will make the shares also worthless to those in the company. An alternative view...those in the company know how far along they are with the patents....they know how far along with other ENGEL machines...and they know the true value of the company if this metal becomes the "prime" metal all over the world..Engel has distribution sites all over the world...if this happens to be true...if they know of the breakthroughs coming.. they also know...LQMT will immediately be worth BILLIONS....if they are going to create a poison pill...its going to take an enormous amount of shares.....because imagine who would want control of that metal.
And how much a buy out figure could be. That is looking at the glass half full. It is senseless for them to create that many shares...just to struggle along with a diluted PPS.
