Turn Key Machine, approved patents, and there is always APPLE. So there is more potential for great news at any day. Anything that can spike the PPS will also spike the value of the unissued shares...
higher price, less shares need to be issued for cash. We are a long way from Chess Sets and tiny prototype springs. Or so it seems. And a little more psychological comfort in holding shares. IMO.
