The question asked was " can I sue a Nevada corp that has been revoked?" This was not me and not about Inca, but interesting.
You need to discuss this with a business litigator regarding the strategy of naming the "owners" of a revoked corporation which continues to do business as well as the revoked business. It is possible to sue the owners where the corporate formalities have been ignored to an outrageous extent.
