Ronnie: I have nothing but respect for your dedication to your own personal management concerns. With that said, you can bet that if management was to do something with their stock options/plan as you propose, they would just pay themselves higher salaries going forward. Then of course that could be bitched about to nauseam.

You say that insider selling affects the appreciation of the common shares. If you have that mentality, then it will never matter what the price of the shares rise to because folks like you will always be convinced that shares should be higher because an insider sold shares on the way up.

If you have been long then you have seen your shares at least double in a terrible market year.. I just don't get it.... Your gripe makes fodder for shorts and shakes shares from weaker individual shareholders which I guess probably is doing us long a service.

On second thought Ronnie....Keep up the good work!!!!
