This is what I make for brunch when I sell a good morning gapper on the QQQ, having skipped food before hand:

6 pieces of sourdough bread
9 slices of sausage (veggies can by the fakemeat rolls, just as good).
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup salsa

1. Cut the sausage

2. Pour the olive oil into a frying pan, get it hot.

3. Dip the bread into the oil (just one side), hot so it is thin, and put the slices opon a tray for toasting (oil side up)-- this requires nimble fingers to not get burned from the hot oil.

4. Fry the sausage on med-high, while browning the oiled bread.

5. Douse the bread with fixins' and slide the sausage in, then get fat and happy, enjoying the profits of the day.

Takes me about 15-20 minutes to make, 10 minutes to eat.

imo

imho, Jerome
