BOTTOM LINE....

PTQ is a cash strapped company in need of finances from anywhere they can get it ( loan, buyout, etc). We are in no position to dictate a very high premium cause their alternatives are bleak at best. Whatever resources we have are meningless unless they can get them out of the ground.

At the moment our prospects are less than optimum in achieving that outcome. For all the long suffering investors here all I have to say is get 'r done!!!!!
