While not the pessimist of many posters/ Bashers on this board and you know who you are, let's face it, this company is relying vastly on word of mouth to build this company. The problem with this strategy is that while the products are good they are not spectacular, not spectacular enough that in today's society where expendable income is at a premium folks would be willing to spend $7.99 for Power and Electro and $20 for Enerjel. However, $3.99 for PowerFuse is VERY competitive and that market is HUGE (see 5hour.) if I was running this company I would be promoting the heck out of PF and giving this stuff away, folks are working longer days and need that energy, that is why 5hour is a billion dollar company. My wife works in retail, I gave her some PF to give to workers and nearly everyone one has asked where to buy it, it is that simple. I would scrap the half-assed marketing efforts and hand this stuff out to factory workers, truck drivers and just about anybody that works on their feet long days. I would re-design the packaging to better expose the top-tier athletes I have on my team. If Red Sox win the WS I would figure out someway to promote the heck out of PAPI, you would thnk all of these athletes would want this stock to take off, it is in there best interest. Tiger Woods golf bag is what brought my attention to this company but other than his bag he has been virtually non-existent, one of the most recognized and wealthiest athletes of our time, rather than screwing investors I would try and raise capital via the athletes, $500,000 each would go a long way and is chump change to these guys and a couple million would go a long way in promoting these products as I am assuming the packaging costs more than the product. While it is great we are on the shelves of Walgreens go walk down that isle and tell me how many products we are up against and then once you find our package let me know if the packaging tells you squat, the only folks buying this off the store shelf are previous users, we are NOT, I repeat NOT going to persuade first time buyers or current 5hour users to try our product, however, at $3.99 you might be able to as a penny saved... I find myself buying store brands at the grocery store, just to give them a try and see if I can save a few bucks on staple items, if I like them then they have recruited a new customer, if not then I go back. At $3.99 a box that might just work for PF but first and foremost redesign the cruddy packaging, nobody knows what it is, the font is so small you need to use a magnifying glass to read it. Is it a "dietary supplement" or a caffeine fix? My two cents, hopefully Tuff reads this board when not on a yacht or coaching his kids soccer teams.
