Of course they would like a higher pps but they also want an ROI ASAP. It's all about cash flow. If they can get 50-80% profits now (which is about what they got on the first 2 rounds over the last few months), they'll take that rather than wait months or years for bigger returns. They can take that cash and reinvest it elsewhere now rather than later.

For all we know, they may hold the third round of shares longer for bigger returns. Remember that the third round of shares were given out at a much higher pps than the first two rounds. Believe the third round was around $0.42/share after discount.

All that being said, I agree with you. I don't care what Ironridge does with their shares long term. I can see the "bigger picture" and little dilution games played today mean nothing a year or two from now when we are at multi-dollars.
