Hell if I know, but that they went through the trouble to file and keep current, and apparently did it recently (ie Monday of this week), I would think that there is a plan to do something here.

There are real assets and a LOW OS/AS and possibilities to pump, so, if they wake up, this could be a 50-100 bagger without much trouble. (JMHO)

That being said, need to get out of the dormancy stage. I find it perplexing that they did not announce the new CEO. Who does that? Can they even do that, even as a CE?

Sucks that his name is Al Gonzalez....so damn generic...no easy way to research.
