I understand your theory but wouldn't there have to be different ticker symbols in order for what you're saying to be correct? CTKH would have to have Hybrid as a subsidiary and it's own symbol. Otherwise, all the shares are still under ctkh. It would be like owning mcdonalds. They have a million stores, but the shares aren't split up for each restaraunt, they are all lumped together. Unless ctkh splits up the companies, it doesn't matter how many companies there are. There are still 5B shares trading under the same symbol.
Is it the right move to dilute the shares? Let's hope so if that's what's going on. However, eventually, the shares would have to be eliminated either by a r/s or a buyback. I'm in QBID which had 19B shares but now has 44b shares out because of aquisitions. It is killing the stock and there is fear of the stock going under if something isn't done.
