As I posted in #22331 talking about the 'reality of command', I am not questioning your interpretation of history or competency. My point is that the record seems to indicate that he and the BOD are not going anywhere. As I asked you before:
Thus, I ask again, if you would share with us the Who, What, When, Where, How, and Why pressure is being applied in some effective way to obtain the sale of the company that you are seeking, you have my thanks in advance. I am just not aware of anything like that.
I can find nothing to support your contention that there will be a management change, or a change in the BOD and Chairmanship. Outside of a Hostile Takeover that runs contra to the DNA of FQM and flies in the face of their commitment to Panama, how do you see the future unfolding as you wish? Please share your perception with all of us. Richard and the entire BOD are running unopposed, and no one is stepping up with another slate.
