you speak about the re-negotiation with the Deutsche Bank?

I have realized that, but that´s only ONE PROBLEM from a LOT OF PROBLEMS.....

How will PTQ pay in the next 12 months their Accounts Payable?

For that they need also at least 40 millions USD and PTQ have already problems to get a 2,5 Millions Bridge-Financing. For this they was must do another forward sales, so i can´t see come a 40 millions USD financing!


ONLY ONE THING CAN SOLVE ALL PROBLEMS OF PTQ IN THE SHORTTERM. THE SALE OF THE PTQ-ASSETS TO FQM. THEN THEY HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR DEVELOP THE OTHER PROJECTS IN SPAIN. DEBTFREE!


so it´s a win win situation between PTQ and FQM.
