i know very good about the details from the company, i believe i know about it much better then some of the BOD.
I have invested here so much money, so you can be sure that i have make the full DD.
But in one thing i can´t agree with you..... ---> If this people you mentioned here want to give a "big" credit to Richard for the debt of the company, they was have over 1 year time for it. As they don´t have do, it´s clear for me, that they don´t want give him another credit more!
Or why do you think Richard have make a 2,5 Million Bridge-Financing with another gold forward sales to Auramet, when his friends will give him another credit? This make no sense for me, especially, when we can´t even deliver our forward sales to DB. Why to the hell make then another forward sales, which will bring us in the future only more problems (as we can´t deliver already enough to DB)? The only reason for that can be that this was his last source for financing....!!!
And it seems to me that Richard expect, in 3 months (means december 2013) he has closed a deal with FQM. Otherwise i can´t understand why make forward sales only for 3 months, when we have do before our forward sales always for 5 years.....?????
I am interesting about your opinion, why do forward sales for 3 months..... REALLY!
