I understand the concept of the R/S. I'm just telling you what Jim Stock told me. I wish I still had the email. But he definately said that the stock never traded that high. I remember that I asked him what caused the stock to go from $325(?) down to where it was. His reply was that it went up that high due to the R/S, etc... and that it never actually traded at that price.
That did confuse me because the chart said that it was that high.
