I actually called Department of Secretary of State earlier and they replied with a North Carolinian accent that the company registration is expired a year ago. Now that if Wyoming registration is also expired too, that can be interesting. And what's even more interesting is that women told me they have a registration in Wisconsin and Nevada other than Wyoming. I'll call each Nevada and Wisconsin tomorrow coz Nevada's website sucks. Who the heck is Curtis Sweltz BTW?
