So out of curiosity, I went to the NC Sec State website to see who BBDA's registered agent is in case one needs to serve them with a lawsuit. Below is the only record that popped up.



It would appear BBDA is not qualified to do business as a foreign corp in NC, which of course would mean BBDA is violating state law by doing business in the state.

Please feel free to update if anyone finds any other filings other than the above reserved name filing.
