There is nothing wrong with the chart!! But there is something wrong for the people reading the chart!! The highest the old stock ever traded at is 1.07 in 1998 But in Dec 2002 there was a 150/1 Reverse Split So each shareholder who owned 150 shares pre Dec 2002 is today the proud owner of ONE share So we take 150 and multiply that by 1.07 and we come up that one share cost him 160.50 That is what split adjusted means. Just like Microsoft if you owned 1 share in 1986 today it is 144 shares (not 100% sure) and split adjusted the low is .19 Jim Stock is not that bright dont even know if he remembers about the 150/1 RS
