I assumed that the number of O/S listed on pink sheets.com were somewhat accurate,shame on me!! Heres what it says

If this number was half way accurate and they've issued that many more shares since then I will have to assume that they are no more than another sham Corp. to be born in Nevada. I don't see what they could have possibly used those shares for. I doubt a Web site and a P.O. box in Delaware cost that much. Cancelled the rest of my buy orders until this can be followed up on but if thats what they said then one has to believe it to be true. Now have about twice as many shares as I should have purchased. I can see why they woould'nt publish the amount of restricted shares held. Wait and see,I guess.
