You do understand that Vinny does NOT have a JD degree, don't you?
do you think that it is "good" for the founder, Chairman and COO of a publicly traded company with a $600 million market cap to falsely claim that he has received a law degree, particularly since he is a multi-convicted felon?
It's a legitimate distinction. Just ask Antonio Villarigosa, a JD who failed the bar four times, and thus, is not a lawyer.
Quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Let's cut Vinny some slack here. Putting J.D. behind your name DOES NOT equate to claiming to be a lawyer. It equates to claiming to having a degree in law. To be a lawyer, you need to be called to the bar and licensed to practice in your jurisdiction.
