Can the Gov't make it the whole work week? Maybe a long lunch here and there is to be expected?

Or, maybe we should, to quote Mr. Axel Rose... "take the credit card to the liquor store..." and just go to work with a hang over? What's the difference, 8 hours goes by pretty fast???
