Have you read the Big's "Opinion" in his FB--I have NO worries. Why?? Rich purposely did not publish a PR with the annuals. He will be doing a comprehensive PR when he posts Q1 next week and will give other business insights as well.

If Rich deliberately didn't publish the Annual report, it should be because he thought the current status-- Stop No information at OTC Pink-- wouldn't entice the new buyers, and the annual report itself would not entice them either, though he is expecting the tire change, and 1Q will entice the new buyers. IMO.

As the CEO letter said -- Financially,Yippy achieved more top line revenue last month (August 2013) than we did in our last reported quarter mainly from enterprise not advertising revenue. --, we can expect a really hot 1Q and it should be publishing everywhere with other big news; like the fortune 100 company deals or other news Rich has been holding, on the same day or in the days close.

Having said so, I am personally expecting only what the official release said-- Q1 anticipated date-Oct 31st. for my mental balance. Otherwise, I am ready for any big occasion before the date 7/24. YIPI
