a question about Briefing Docs.

I have always thought about what you are thinking wrt the process, but I have no hard facts on the exact issue. There is certainly plenty of material exchanged that is never public.

I do find it very hard to believe that the FDA had never raised the possibility of voiding the SPA to AMRN prior to the public release of the docs.
