Honestly I’m not sure if what we saw was due to shorting or not, IMO it doesn’t really matter because every time someone shorts and sells a share they must turn around later and buy it back from one of us. Shorting causes confusion amongst the retail folks because it adds volume to the selling side for a particular day and knocks the price down a peg, whatever. Those who short need to watch, watch and watch some more because the second an announcement is made the price heads north and they are forced to buy at the market price, so the shorts add to the feeding frenzy. Oh and if one were to loan their shares to a short and that individual decided to call back the shares the short either has to get them from someone else or buy at market, it is a risky endeavor with unlimited risk they can VERY easily loose more than what they have invested, EASILY.

OK let us take a look at the comments from 2 of the latest contributors,,,, Weaklegs said something to the effect of “eventually if the technology is good the shorting doesn’t matter”,,, and BS said that “if the voltage is less that 5 Volts it will take off”. If anyone on here after doing their homework doesn’t believe that the voltage will be less than 5 volts then you shouldn’t be here, they have stated many times about the low operating voltage. But as BS points out, nothing YET (no hard numbers) has been made public.

This is a Great Post thanks BS and yes we will need your expertise going forward and we appreciate an experts opinion it is just so easy to muddy the water here with outside research that is the reason that we were upset.

“The potential working device is promising but the PR does not really say anything about the device. 'Working' could mean that you have to apply 100V to see any modulation. The material will always be the limiting factor in making a great device. Disperse Red can be purchased from Sigma Aldrich. The r33 is very low but 'working' devices have been made with that. Next time a stronger PR needs to be released that at least mentions the operating voltage, loss (dB/cm) ,and r33 calculated from device performance. Operating frequency is optional. The device is probably still in a lab setup and not properly impedance matched so it wouldn't be fair to judge operating frequency based on that type of device. Releasing these type of numbers gives away no proprietary information at all. If these numbers were great (ex. <5V operation) you would see the stock price go through the roof.”

BS could you give us your age within a range?

As far as the mythical LPC manipulating the market I’m not accusing them of doing it but at this point they are a necessary evil. At this point We do not need Lightwave Mgmt spending time running around changing the way our financing is set up (for a measly couple hundred thousand or a million bucks) because we will not need them in the near future and once those strings are cut they will have every reason to push this as high as possible to get the best return rather than push it lower to buy more at a better price (Sell 10k shares the last hour of everyday for 5 days = 50k shares to buy 250k shares at a lower price. And like I said I’m not saying that they are doing it, this is just a hypothetical of how one could do it.

So Like I’ve said before I’m not going to sit on the sidelines and yell out snide remarks and anonymously criticize the company that is Ponzy’s job. I hope all of the regulars have their positions set, furthermore I hope that anyone that could not hold out for another week, month or until the end of the year sold enough into the buying volume last week to get them by. Soon the Biotech crowd will move in as Legman said it will get crazy with games Oh and for the record, I did not sell a single share but I was tempted too when I saw a goofy large Etrade ask come in at an inopportune time (obviously going to end the run or we'd have smoked $1.25) while I was showing my son how the market works (if I had made a trade we spoke about we’d have made 15 cents on a couple thousand shares ($300), oh well I’ll leave that to the day traders).

It was a great week, 90 cents to a Buck 10% but that is NOTHING compared to what is about to happen, like I said I hope that all of you guys are Locked and Loaded, but when this happens keep the safety on, don’t dump into it, because in the long run we are the ones that control the flow of shares into the market. Hopefully all of the weak shares are now in the hands of Longs.

Oh and Proto please when the News comes out don't run around the patch in joy smashing pumpkins.

Have a good weekend guys.
