First off show me where Scotts pay is deferred.
We were supposed to believe that the exploration costs were deferred too right?

This is how you show something that is deferred...

Deferred exploration expenditures

Drilling-4,370-4,370
Geologists and field staff--6,605-6,605
Geophysical survey--4,575-4,575
Recovery on joint venture(107,680)---(107,680)
Sampling-746-746

This company isn't generating any revenue to pay for the compensation you are claiming Scott is receiving now.

But you are wrong the company raised $400,000 in 6 months of dilution. That just happens to be the exact amount the management was paid. Now that management has increased with the addition of another person the management fees should close to double and the income needed would also need to double so the source of income needs to double.
That means more shares and Scott is close to maxing out the AS. So if I am correct we should see a raise in the AS in the next few months and went we finally get what info they will give us, it will be march of next year, and we will find out why the PPS keeps dropping over the next 5 or 6 months.

I don't really understand why anyone would waste their time invested in this company if they believed it was a scam and Scott was untrustworthy?

I don't think they would. I think that they would attempt to trade it. There are enough people not willing to look at the questions that they will buy up dilution. That causes fluctuation in the PPS which allows someone to make a profit on a company that wont do what they need to do to increase the value of the stock.

So while I must agree with you that anyone who looks at what is happening here would not invest that does not mean they wont come here to make money on blind hope.

Some attempt to make money on blind hope by buying and holding no matter what the facts show. Others will wait for dilution to lower the PPS and buy up the lows. When the dilution stops the blind hopeful investor will buy the PPS up and allow the non investor to profit. That is just how it works. Both can make quite a bit of money. Only one can lose it all.
You may as well just write Scott a check if you are investing blind. That is what private placements here are for. People just write him a check and never question what managing is being done.

It takes all kinds to keep a stock like this going. As the volume average drops people will leave and the PPS will drag its way down until management changes.
