You keep throwing those numbers out. Do you understand what deferred compensation is? Where is the money coming from to pay what you claim is Scott's compensation? Eventually he will get that money but not now.

This company isn't generating any revenue to pay for the compensation you are claiming Scott is receiving now.

Definition of 'Deferred Compensation'

An amount of earned income that is payable at a later date. Most deferred-compensation plans allow the wage earner to defer tax now so that the funds can be withdrawn and taxed at some point in the future.



I don't really understand why anyone would waste their time invested in this company if they believed it was a scam and Scott was untrustworthy?
