After severing all relationships with HPN Holdings, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiaries on June 23, 2013, Dr. Kraus joined Cal-Bay International, Inc., as a Product Design Consultant in order to help develop products, intellectual property and educational materials in the vehicular, automotive and respective health and fitness sectors.

So? Kraus does not hold the patent for the StreetStrider. So Cal-Bay will not be selling that product.
