One interesting thing in NW's post which was news to me: I did not know that SS disliked the enterprise market and really wanted to focus on consumers.

He did not seem terribly tuned into the consumer marketplace. At least, he spent millions on it via WXP and scrambls and seemed to make little progress.

Whereas on its face Wave seemed to be pointed towards the enterprise market.

Wonder why he didn't enjoy enterprise? Was it because enterprise sales are relational?

At any rate, it is just as well that Wave's new CEO has an enterprise focus. An opportunity for Wave to evolve into its opportunity rather than to paradigm shift the world with only a short lever with which to move it.

I'll look forward to seeing what happens to Wave when employing a CEO who is positioned to listen carefully to his customers' wants.
