The lack of new licenses has kept the share price growth to a trading range in the mid-$30's.

The years of litigation with Nokia, and additional litigations with LG, Samsung, Huawei, and ZTE have killed any current licensing opportunities for InterDigital.

Next year, we have APPLE to contend with and, even though they got a real 'steal' with their current license, we may have a struggle with them IF some of IDC's current problems aren't resolved with new licenses. However, APPLE may be waiting in the wings waiting to see who makes the first move, either in licensing with InterDigital or a possible business merger.
