it's not management's job to make shareholders rich and happy.
it's their job to grow the company and they are.
if they spend money right now to put out audited fins it will not make their revenues or profits go up. it could very well make the stock price go up but that's not what is important to them, only to penny stock players. why should they care about anybody on this board? they sure as hell don't need them.
they don't need anybody who's attitude is "what can this company do for me to make my stock go up so I can sell?"
