June 2013, David Kraus, PhD, inventor of the 3-wheeled mobile elliptical cross trainer called ‘Street Strider’, was President and co- founder of HPN Holdings, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiaries StreetStrider International LLC and StreetStrider Enterprises, Inc., exclusive manufacturer of all StreetStrider models. After severing all relationships with HPN Holdings, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiaries on June 23, 2013, Dr. Kraus joined Cal-Bay International, Inc., as a Product Design Consultant in order to help develop products, intellectual property and educational materials in the vehicular, automotive and respective health and fitness sectors.
