Closing on my new home today at 3:30! What was I thinking?

Rec'd call from realtor last night. Leak developed in roof following torrential rains over weekend, piece of living room ceiling fell down. Contractors everywhere fixing roof, removing insulation, cutting out old ceiling. Lawyers creating escrows for repairs, contingencies, etc.

Don't know whether to laugh or cry.......... Friend told me that the roof cave in was a good thing - keeps my mind off AMRN.
