I am not familiar with MDs and Chiros but the college he mentioned in his bio does not offer grad school programs. So I doubt he has his PhD or MD to call himself Doctor.

If the college has no grad program, he is a liar and thief. In no way is he a Doctor or PhD. So what clown is a chiropractor calls himself a doctor having never gone to grad school, now wants to sell pot medicinally. It appears he is using the Dr. prefix to sell medicinal marijuana. Not Kosher in my book. Fraud!
