I don't remember seeing any lies in any filings to date. I did see revisions for things the SEC needed clarifications on. That is normal operating procedure when dealing with any govt agency. I have and still do have the same typical situations in my dealings with other agencies. Anyway, call it what you wish but the truth is the SEC knows how they want and and what they want. I don't think they take need john q public to tell them how to do their job. If their were intentional lies involved there would be reprecutions . Which brings me to the issue at hand. There have never been any reporting of the insider sales of any shares. If I missed a filling our something please tell me . If there is a loophole for such activity please let me know what it is because I'll be darned if I can figure it out. You are insinuating some kind of laundering operation it appears to me.
