With KATX, Bubba rarely rarely files anything, and the filings have repeatedly contained lies which people on this board (B402 especially) caught and were eventually corrected. I say lies because they were invariably in Bubba's favor. Eventually, the dilution gets seen, but not until long after the dilutive stock has been issued and sold into the float. For example, we never got word whether KATX still has, or ever got, any BVIG shares in the divvy. Bubba simply doesn't file that stuff, unless and until he gets around to it, or it suits his purpose, and stockholders be damned. Just today he filed something saying something to the effect that he forgot to file something. Typical Bubba bullshit.

BVIG is supposedly different, but filing has already been a problem for them, too. Same worthless, crooked, lying, diluting pinky CEO. BVIG, too, will be pink and non-filing soooooon. Bubba likes it that way--diluting in the dark is so much easier than filing stuff on time.

I wouldn't own any Bubbaco stock with my ex-wife's money. It's toxic. Just look at the charts. What that's showing you is a history of Bubba's thieving and lying. It's been going on for years, and should come as no surprise to anyone who's been paying attention to his shenanigans. One crock of shit after another, and all at shareholders' expense. What a CEO. What an operation. Did you notice how the OS of KATX kept going up while shareholders were waiting for that divvy, and the PPS kept going down? That was Bubba's finest hour. And then when the divvy came out, it sank just as fast as some of us said it would. Bubba's work again. Buying anything he's involved with is bad. But he makes out OK. As far as I know, he's making a living at it. Too bad it's at his shareholders' expense.
