Yes, but its a VERY positive PR, and along with the ENGEL news...it should raise more eyebrows...since most only associate LQMT with APPLE....now perhaps "risk taking investors" will start figuring what a big government contract would do for a penny stock... and the PR certainly had some "gold" in it..as to the benefits of LQMT from other metals...
