My interpretation of Tom's response to you is that they choose not to have a data sheet right now (although they are clearly capable of putting one together) because of Lou's comment that they "fully expect accelerating improvement in our proprietary electro-optic polymer thin film products".

My assumption is that they don't have the results they want to publish yet or they are under orders of the LSS not to disclose anything.

Good thing everyone here is well-practiced in patience because it sounds like we are in for at least another couple months of waiting.
