IMHO-it's either SFOR thru dilution or conversions of monies lent to SFOR or a hostile takeover but that doen't make sense, the pps is low enough for that.
What worries me as a long term investor that's a large R/S is in the works, I put that chance of R/S AT 20%
since being involved several years I have seen it all,the only issue is what are the IP WORTH THAT'S THE KEY FOR ME?
If the properties are worth a bunch, then a takeover friendly would be worth something a few cents.
I'm not sure how many infringers that SFOR has lined up ,they are awaiting the precedent to be set in order to enjoin other fringers
