Gorgol,

I believe you are talking about the difference between the authorized shares and issued shares. What I am seeing is that there are over 300 million issued shares at this time and that is what is used in calculating the market cap. Total authorized shares, I thought was around 500 million shares, but I could be mistaken on that.
