If we win in JW's court, he will issue his final rulings after the post trial motions by late summer. The CAFC took a bit too long to review the VAI case, I would think they will take a lot less this time, let's say a year, and they WILL confirm JW's ruling by late summer 2007, SC will decide not to hear the case in the fall of 2007.

Hynix will have then to agree to any terms of Rambus. ANY.

And the rest will follow suit. (pun not intended)
