I was talking in-app purchases. I hadn't thought about advertising. If what you say is correct, at a $3.50 per app profit it would take about 160,000 in app purchases to get to their 2012 revenue numbers. This wouldn't include advertising or other applications that they currently have out. You gave me a general understanding from the past, so I'll include the revenue numbers from 2012 that I got from yahoo. Please note that yahoo rounds their numbers, so it's not the EXACT digits- eg. (884 instead of 884,575).




I'm also not understanding why revenue costs that much. I think the company needs to be clearer on the actual revenues that they make from each app. How many dollars are from advertising? This is not to mention the fact that not only are we not clear about how much they actually make on downloads, these revenue dollars are NOT audited.
