Duh are you out in space shiny? There were 250 million shares authorized by vote at last shareholders meeting that are not currently part of the float get it? They have not been handed out.. They are available in the company treasury not the float thus far.. Get it?

I don't think LJC has been recently active but I so think they have a short group of shares. Anyone who has followed on level 2 knows VNDM represented them as well as a few other MMs from time to time. Yes I think they have sold through their shares allotted and I doubt they are currently active because it would make them highly accountable in discovery and litigation should they be.. Hope this helps..

In the meantime we have had the Brio settlement which was a legacy issue to deal with monthly and is ongoing for a few more months..
