No idea, from the PR they expect to file the S1 with the SEC within a few days. After that, there is SEC review and q&a with the company before the sec gives the green light...at that time they pick to date.

I think the filing should be rather clean and straight up REGEN is clean now. I would suspect if all goes well in about 30 days or so from the intial filing..just a hunch.

This isnt like a google or twitter registration with already exisiting complex operations and capital strucutres, etc...as plain vanilla a filing as they come.

Hit the ask early and often!
