Once again I am a long, but know the principles involved 0.015 would be a better indication of selling through. There is a very good chance of a substantial reverse split, and almost always selling after splits. We do not even own the technology at this point, licence will not come untill end of phase 1 trial. I believe at this point 1 cent it is worth initiating a position but there is a lot of variables that are not even addressed. Reverse split, needs to be done as the debt consolidation here seems to be paid in shares. They only have 150 mill shares authorized and are against that now,the reverse split is going to negate almost any buying at this price. However if they can move the stock to 2 or 3 cents or five then split, it is worth the gamble. But at this point they are out of funds, to even aquire the technology.
